well i've just bought a turbo kit for my 1997 z24 auto, now what would be the max boost that i could go on a built engine. it has forged rods, 9:1 forged pistons, ported head, 2.3 intake, aem alternator pulley, crank pulley, secret cams, rc injectors 370cc, msd convertion, using my purge nitrous for intercooler, HP tuned, torque converter 3200 stall, transmission cooler, and looking for my LSD. PLease help me out im new to boost but i've heard good things about it.

Its not boost that breaks things, its not having supporting mods for the power your making.

If you plan to up the boost and make more power, your gona need more fuel and a 2.3 oil pump swap. Your pistons and rods are forged and prolly ok, but your bearings arent.
