well after searching around the biggest response is that the set up is not worth it but wanted to see if any of you guys had an opinion on this, ive seen people use water from a washer pump spray on it and ive seen the profesional kits for co2 any ideas if either are worth it especially with a smaller intercooler

Most of the kits use CO2 or nitrous. Water will work, but if you are doing any racing, then you might have a problem with race officials. They frown on any cars putting fluids on the track for safety reasons.

Do you think the gain would be worth the trouble?

if your concerned about heatsoak a more efficient use of money would be spending it on a more efficient intercooler, also most tracks as stated will really be angry with you dripping water down, even if it is only in the staging lanes

well mainly its for sitting better than bringing a bag of ice kinda cool how it worked out here are some testing pics it will be mounted in the trunk soon there were a couple of small hurdles one being when the nozzels are below the tank gravity started a vacuum once you hit the sprayer they wouldnt stop hence the spring ball check valve in the pic
