Basically like the title states... Is it ok to reuse hose end fittings? I am redoing my oil drain so I am going to need to make a longer -10 drain pipe. Would it be ok to take the current hose endings off and put them on the new pipe?

Yes, you can reuse AN fittings as long as the threads are in decent shape.
