so im thinkin of picking up a Mitsubishi TD06H-14C. was wondering if some one could help me better understand this turbo. Like spooling time, size compared to another turbo, and basicly any other info on it. i've searched the net and cant really find anything. all the guy could tell me is that it is simalier to a WRX STi upgrade... like that helps

i didn't find any info on that turbo,look at this list of mhi turbos the only thing close is the 17c and it seems w/machining it's badass .

Looks closer to the a stock STI turbo dimensions rather than an upgrade...IHI-VF39
Compressor Inducer = 47 mm
Compressor Exducer = 60 mm


The TD06H-14C clearly has a larger wheel, but that small of an inducer will likely choke it...hardly an upgrade.

so the turbo would probably be good for a smaller engine
