Dont take it to the bank, but it looks like a twin/dual scroll turbo to me. If it is it would a require 100% custom exhaust manifold.

so is it like a really good turbo then? like is it something i should pick up and slowly bulid around i got some numbers from the guy but idk what flange it is at all=\

not sure what numbers they are i tryed searchin and really couldnt find anything.
is the manifold the only custom part i would need(like absouletly custom from every other thing?)

i cant tell if the exhaust flange is a t3 or a t4 but i would pass on it. get something you know will work with whatever manifold you get.
