I just finished putting everything together. My car will not stay running. It starts, but as soon as it hits around 1000 rpm's it stalls. I started it and gave it some gas when it was dying and it ran perfectly fine idle for 15 mins with no problem without having to gas it. I let it get up to operating temp and waited for the rpm's to even out and restarted the car only to have it stall out again.
I want to say vacuum leak, but why would it run perfectly fine for 15+ minutes?
I don't know if this has anything to do with it, but for the 03+ fuel rail you have to use washers as spacers. Could it be that the washer I used was to thick?
Thanks.
I would check your injector constant, and what's your A/F ratio? Your wide band reading acceptably - are you on HPtuners? Sounds like you're probably rich and it's stalling because if it were lean rpms would climb a little then stall out - unless it's very lean.
I'm doing the reflash. I haven't gotten it done yet, but I thought the car would run fine without it at idle.
Interesting, subscribed as I might be going sc this summer as well.
PMed you for some info as well.
Wait your running it with out a tune?

Yes, but it shouldn't matter. I'm not going to be driving it anywhere without it. The highest RPM I got to was 2000. I've seen posts of people driving it to the dealership without the reflash and were able to make it.
Thats because they zip tied the canister bypass valve so they didn't go into boost. Or they crawled to the dealer and kept it out of boost.

I had it swapped, but not plugged in. All my car did was DUMP fuel, still ran.
Check your Tmap wiring. Mine was messed up at first and my car would just die like your saying yours does. Do you have any codes stored?
Turns out it was the tmap sensor. I took it out of the manifold and now it runs fine. I'm going to check the wiring tonight.
Thanks.
Then yeah has to be the wiring somewhere. Good luck! Mine was a IAT wire not making full contact
