anyone else having trouble keepin full boost till redline? For example if I'm running 10 lbs of boost it will go up to 10 then slowly go down to about 7lbs.
If im running 12 it will go down to about 9. I'm stumped. I've checked for boost leaks multiple times, the only spot i think might have one is that crappy
plastic intake manifold. could it possibly be my old manual boost controller.?
I was thinkin the turbo might be too small.
Any help?

yes the turbo is too small lol... not too small, but it hits max boost around 3800 rpm, so from 3800 to 7000 its dying off
the motor is sucking in air alot faster at 7000 rpm than it is at 3800.... at 3800 rpm the turbo can keep up, but it cant at 7000.... in my head it makes sense that the boost drops off a lil
Mine does the same thing...Hits its set boost level and then drops, or sometimes it wont even hit 10. Have it set at 10 psi and it usually hits 7-8.
