hey guys i bought the log style manifold off ebay for some reason my turbo keeps hitting " i think its were the thermostat goes" this metal thing on the back of the engine with coolant lines running in to it. I know some of you are running the same manifolds on your ecotecs and if ya'll had the same problem PLEASE HELP ME i also had to use another flange on the wastegate to keep it from hitting my valve cover please any info you have I could use btw I have a t3t4 turbo 2004 cavalier
Is yours the new cast style or is it the older welded style???

it is the cast one i got the wastegate on there still having a little trouble with the turbo

Spacer flanges shouldn't cost you $50...sure hope it gives blow jobs for that much.

im currently making a log style ecotec manifold and i will make a few more to sell. the t3 flange is mounted in the center at an angle. i currently have a gt35 bolted up to it and theres plenty of room even on my automatic.
get rid of the cast one... i just ran into both the same problems trying to put my kit on...i just decided to spend the cash and get a good stainless one
this is the setup i have to make this manifold work on my 2003 sunfire
look in the top right of the manifold to see the wastegate adapter i put on mine i have had no problems with this setup been on for a year now
