Im a newB to the turbo world.I wanted to try something new.I wanted to make a little more power out of my engine by doing a turbo for my 02 2200... I found a turbo kit that seems pretty nice for what I'm looking for on Turbo-kits.com. I wanted to ask you guys what your thoughts were about the kit... Is this a good starter kit?

Sorry to double post, but not sure how familiar you are with TTR, so the website is www.turbotechracing.com
Good luck, and enjoy the boost

Thanks alot guys. I really needed your input on that. That's a big mod ya know... It aint like throwing on a cool air intake...lol. Just wanted to get some input from the pros.
Another question 8psi safely on stock motor? could I put it up to 10psi and be ok or best to not even try it?
i know it has been done but honestly i wouldn't go higher than that stock internals need upgrading.
thanks pete... I think 8psi should be sufficient for what I'm trying to do. No need to try to over-do it...lol. Thanks a lot everyone for all your help.
that kit is the way to go.

I would love to actually see that kit on somebody's car on here. Every old post is people talking about buying it. I saw one where he was in the process of installing, but never posted pics, or how he liked it when he finished.
I wish they'd make one for the LN2'd S-trucks....
Go beyond the "bolt-on".
I been reading up and i might get the stage 2 kit but leaning to the stage 1 kit... What kind of injectors would you recommend going with for either the stage 1 or stage 2 kit...

On the TT site they do not list the turbo kit for the 98 2.2L...because they do not offer it or do you think it is something they would still sell?
Def the best kit for 2200
