Ok Well I am running a 02 cav 4 door auto. I am a single dad so this car works great for me and I love it. But..... Its a lot lacking in the power department.I have done enough reading to decide that the 2200 will provide me with the amount of go I am looking for. I have put the cold air intake and headers and a exhaust that the local muffler shop put together for me, and realized that i was getting no wear this way. so I stopped their. I am really looking to build a turbo boosted motor. But I am living in an area with to my experience (Prince George BC Canada) has very little to offer in the way of people who are experienced in boosting a jbody. from what I have read their are some people on here who are really good at what they do with these cars so to all your godly kavi gooroo's I need your guidance. I am going to go pick up a 2200 from the wreckers out of a lower km's cavi and rebuild that as i need my car to drive. I all ready have a trans so anything i need to do to that would also be helpfull. I want to build this right and have something that i can enjoy driving and working on. that being said I am not made of money but willing to spend the money and time to do it right. As far as hp gains I don't know exact numbers and what is capable of this motor. thats why I am here. I want a good reliable but much faster car. So parts that i should be looking for what all I need to do this right and a general guide to starting off would be really helpfull. and thank you to the people that help me out with this!
