NGK LTR5IX-11 - stock
NGK LTR6IX-11 - one step colder(in my car)
NGK LTR7IX-11 - 2 steps colder

They are the proper plugs to run in the eco. They are the same exact length as the stock ACDelcos, unlike the SRT-4 plugs.

Most turbo Eco guys have great luck with the 2 steps colder plugs. I'd use those.

Would I be better off with one step colder or 2 steps if I'm running the supercharger kit? I'm going to be running a 3.0" pulley

I'm running the 2 step in my SC Eco, and no problems. Same pulley size as you. Better to be safe.
