Heat Exchanger Hoses

Okay so Ive read through a lot of the H/E post's and all of the information has been useful. I have the ZZP S3 H/E, A bosch intercooler pump with harness, and a GM cobalt reservoir and cap. The H/E came with a hose but I'm not sure if that's gonna be enough. I was thinking of ordering the 90 degree hoses for the cobalt ss. Does anyone have any suggestions on all of the hosing for the entire H/E setup? I'm concerned about the different inlet sizes for the pump, H/E, reservoir, and the inlet on the manifold...

Thanks Guys

It's all 3/4" heater hose.

Okay. the reservoir and pump have smaller inlet sizes compared to the H/E so I'm guessing the clamps help to tighten all the hoses that surround all of the different inlets?
Also, is anyone running an overflow tank?

Thanks again.

And did you guys use any 90 degree pieces or hoses for the setup or just all 3/4 inch" custom fit?

All my hoses are 3/4" heater hose and i had/have no problem with them fitting. For hose to hose connections i just picked up some 3/4" plastic barbed connectors from Lowes/Home Depot.

For best fit off of the manifold 90 degree hoses are your best bet. That way theres no way for the hoses to kink

Ecotecpower-Thanks for the info. Did you use the cobalt SS 90 degree hoses or did you by just regular 90 degree hoses from an autozone or similar place?

when I set mine up I bought some hoses from the parts store that already had some bends in them and just cut out the bends i needed so that everything would line up nicely and for the hose to hose connections I did the same thing as tinkles did.
