I'm working in the few last little things i need to do before I put the turbo on.
I have all the oil feed.taken care of and have all the stuff to dpi my drain. My question is where on the pan is the best place to tap? I know as high as possible is best but not sure of the exact location. I don't want to have to pull the pan off the car and make sure I'm not going to hit anything and them put it back on and take my spare down to have the bung welded on then take the pan back off and put the other one on.
Any body have any pictures of where they tapped theirs? I'm going tok be running a -10 drain line.
Thanks in advance for the help.

Thank you much! I noticed there was no mention of the motor being a ld9, must be why it didn't show up when I searched.
Thanks again.

I skipped the oil pan all together when I did mine.
Was there a plug there to begin with or did you drill and tap the block?

57/64" drill and then pipe tap it for barb-NPT fitting.
just make sure you put in on the right side of your oil dipstick and plug, if its on the left side you have chances of hitting your oil pump. i had to shave my oil pump to fit my pan back on.
