I have a T3T4 with an internal wastegate. The old 8 psi wastegate I was running hit 6 psi till about 6000 then climbed to 8. I put the 10 psi wastegate in and now it runs 4 until about 6500 then climbs till 10. The vac line is t'd off another line, and I replaced that with a fresh vacuum line and no luck. Anyone have ANY advice?
I am very confused

Note: it was originally attached to the T for the Map and intake manifold, then i tried straight to my vac block, worse, then I tried from turbo to WG, No change. I am adding in a boost controller no, otherwise I am switching back to the 8 psi gate
Edit#2 - Added BC in and no change until it was screwed in a lot, hit 14 by accident, so I parked it and backed it out 1 turn. good enough for me

Maybe the wastegate is binding and sticking partially open???
Currently #4 in Ecotec Forced Induction horsepower ratings. 505.8 WHP 414WTQ!!!
Currently 3rd quickest Ecotec on the .org - 10.949 @ 131.50 MPH!!!
idk how to check that. I installed this one just like the last one

Just sounds like a boost spike from too small/large of a turbo. What are the specs?
Put the restrictor in the T-line to your boost gage if you have't already. I had that problem getting false spikes.
You can check for binding on the internal wastegate by hand if you unhook the actuator rod - it should flop open and closed pretty easily. It's just a bushing so it may have a little drag but should fully open and close by 1 finger.
You're boost signal line to your wastegate actuator should be coming right off the turbo or about a couple feet past it. You can pick anywhere in the intake tract before the TB butterfly but the closer to the TB the slower it will likely react.
