hello all i am still having a problem with my S/C. it flutters when boosting and i think it is my bypass valve leaking durring boost. i can make up to 8psi of boost on my guage but around 5psi it starts to flutter/leak and i loose all over and engine gets cought up on it self like the air/fuel is all messed up which if it is loosing boost it would be.
SO my MAIN QUESTION other than what do you think is wrong / DOES ANYONE HAVE THE MANUAL FOR THE GM 12498660 S/C. im looking for the part list pages so i can get the bypass valve part number so i can replace it. i lost my book during a move and cant find the PDF file on line. So a PDF, copy and fax, or just the part number would be helpful. Thanks a lot everyone

thanks very much but that manual is for the Ecotec engine. im looking for the 2.4L m45 S/C kit book 2000 Z24
Should have said it was for the M45/LD9, but i did think the P/N looked different....

You dont need instructions for the M45 kit. Its just a glorafied intake manifold lol

thanks again but i believe that part number "88960487" is from the old discontinoued m45 blower kit "12498287 " im looking for the new part for the "12498660" supercharger kit. i had the part number a few years ago and i could order it from GM parts direct but i never did and since lost that part number so im still on the lookout. so back to making a few calls
