It just started making this noise the other day. Haven't had a chance to fully take a look at it yet. I have supercharger oil and was planning on changing it and then this happens. Any ideas? Bad coupler?

I was going to say the coupler but after hearing that im not sure,
anything stuck in it? You sure its the charger... I'd replace the couple for the hell of it...ZZP has them.

maybe the bearings are shot? How many miles are on the blower?
Around 35,000 miles on the blower.

dam thats not alot...have you checked for similar issues on the eaton blower forums? they might be able to help you quicker than us...ive never heard one like that or read of one posted on the boards here
