after look on other forum i just wondering any J's using a ported shroud turbo and has it made a difference??

i know Its functions to move the surge line further to the left(on the map) by allowing some airflow to exit the wheel through the port to keep surge from occurring. This provides additional useable range and allows a larger compressor to be used for higher flow requirements without risking running the compressor into a dangerous surge condition .... i know more than i tend to show lol.....meant like sound vs a standard shroud or if anyone has switch to one because of surge

plus i just kinda wanted to see how many on the .org had one lol
