aaron went back to the dyno today and turned the boost up a little more, at 22.5lbs the cavi did 519whp and 425lb ft of tq!!! no video of these runs but he's got a slip of this one with all the info on it. congrats aaron on the new numbers. next goal is to run 10's........ well thats my plan i dont know what his are. he's not big on posting pics on here so ill be sure to get the slip and get it posted up.

thats decent numbers there....
seriously though thats impressive
Nice! But video would be better!
GMR has got nothing on this
i told him to get a vid but i guess he had to hold the fan while they were making the run, if it were me i would set the camera somewhere and hit the record button just to show it doing the numbers. but like i said aaron doesnt care about posting stuff like that up on here.

Congrats man! Those are some awesome numbers. Seeing others do this gives me hope that I will get mine to 300+ as a daily driver.
i got the scans from aaron so ill put them all up tonight.

Congrats guys, those are some insane numbers on "relatively" mild boost pressure!!
I'll ask the question that may be on everyone's mind; How long do you expect it to last at this output?
Thats insane man, lets some kid in a crappy ass honda pull up to that at a light, I'd love to see that outcome lol, congrats man and like I said INSANE!!!!

although i can respect you wanting to keep quiet and do you're own thing... you need to look at it from JBO's perspective.
we are a dying breed... for someone to hit over 500whp its a big deal over here, man. reap the respect and show off you're acomplishments.
i cant imagine you do not think its cool that a bunch of strangers are drooling over ur car. you posting up ur dyno numbers in the whp thread tells me that you have to at least a little bit!
If it takes forever.... I will die trying. Underdog Racing
good numbers ......but i am curious of some way to show said numbers ??????
RIP JESSE GERARD.....Youll always be in my thoughts and prayers...
thanks guys

Those are awesome numbers, I can't wait to finish my turbo setup with my 2.3/2.4 hybrid with the HG2 cams and see what it can do!!!!!!
Too Lean after 4000 rpm. The most efficient air/fuel ratio is between 12.5:1 to 13.2:1. You could have more whp with better air/fuel ratio. But 519 whp @ 22.5 psi is very good

wtf??? try between 11.2-12.0 afr on a boosted setup. 13.2 afr and ur going burn the motor up.

Mike/Aaron...
that is pretty impressive guys. Arron, any plans to De-tune if for DDing, or is this just for fun on the streets.

Sorry man !!! I take the wrong curve on your Air Fuel/Boost Graph
and 12.5:1 to 13.2:1 it's really the most powerful AFR range for all Motor (n/a, boost). But i run also a bit safer (more rich) on my L61T for fiability.

the cavi is his DD. low boost is 16 lbs, his g/f drives his cobalt. the cars drives like stock until u lay into the pedal, thats when u know its not stock lol.

Actually 12.8 is considered lean best torque, 12.4 mean best torque and 11.8 rich best torque. so you really want to stay between 11.8 and 12.8. BUT if you can go a tad richer and gain some timing and it shows as more power on the dyno then thats the way to do it.
