alright guys, I have a bit of loot coming in soon, and I have a craving for more power.
I will be ordering a 3.1 pulley this week, and an lsj header a few days after that.
Now I really want to get a zzp heat exchanger but what else do I need besides the unit itself? I have no idea what to get for a pump or anything.
How much do you figure the whole setup for the h/e run me and what sort of gains can I see with the 3.1, h/e, full exhaust, and the GM tune?
Thanks!

I made ~220whp with a 3.1", full exhaust, H/E, and GM crapflash. I recently swapped to a 2.9" pulley, larger injectors, LS1 TB, and a fresh ECU with a custom HPT tune on it. I dont have any new dyno numbers, but those few mods made a HUGE difference(butt dyno). The best supporting mod is ditching the GM "tune".
For the H/E pump, i run the stock LSJ pump. GM bracket that mounts it under the intake manifold.

Ah see I would love to go a bit more crazy like that this year but by fall, I want to relieve the cavy as a dd for a while. Once I have another vehicle to drive than I will step with those mods.
Is there anything like tensioners or belts, or those pulley modular hub units that I should be looking into aswell?
Oh and tinkles, I would like to say thanks for all the info you've been able to provide whenever I have questions on here!

No need for a new belt or tensioner for a pulley change if you;re running the stage 2 belt that came with the kit. For the heat exchanger you need a ford lightning/cobra heat pump (sand as cobalt) and I would use their fluid reservoir too. You'll also need some super low pro pre-bent 3/4 coolant line to connect to the intake manifold and clear the fan.

Well, I believe my belt is the one that came with the sc kit, whether or not that's the same size as a stage 2 belt or not, I wouldn't have a clue. Also I was pricing out the parts and I think I will go with the s3 h/e from zzp and there dual bypass plate aswell, a 3.1 pulley, option B fluid tank, and than the exhaust.
As for prebent coolant line, where would I find something like that? Is it roughly the same as the cobalt setup? Last question, hooking up the pump, should I rig it up to a rocker switch with a light or just tap into some power somewhere else?

i have my he pump wired to a switched power source (aka turn on the key and the pump is working)
might want to look into the cobra fluid reservoir as a cheaper option to the option b setup.
The kit does not come with a stage 2 belt. It is too short to work with the stock pulley.
