So need to change my plugs,just wondering what ppl are using and what gap they are running the plugs at...

These are the proper length plugs for L61s.
NGK LTR5IX-11(stock heat range)
NGK LTR6IX-11(one step colder)
NGK LTR7IX-11(two steps colder)
Im running NGK LTR6IX-11 and are gapped to ~35.

NGK 3787's are 1 step colder and come gapped stock closer to a .032. NGK does not recommend that you change the gap more than .008 from the stock setting. 6509's should be the LTR6IX-11, but come gapped at .044. So gapping them down pasted .036 can break the grounding strap, and cause issues.

are they the same taper seat as the other ones? if so what is the difference in them?

Yes they are.
Difference is they come pre-gapped at .032 instead of .044. If you need a gap below .036 this is a very good thing. They are also $13 a plug, but worth it.

I had no issues gapping the 6509's down and it was the first time I ever gapped plugs.

Phyiscally doing it is no problem. We have went through plugs. After contacting NGK they advised not to change the gap more than .008 in any direction. Going from .044 to .032 is more than .008.
After speaking to a LNF owner found out the LNF uses the same plug size etc.. as the L61. He told em about the 3787's. After also looking at the specs they are the same as the 6509's except for the pre gap.

ok so should i be ordering the NGK (3787) Part number ILTR6A-8G,or just run the NGK, LTR6IX-11..
Just want to know before ordering the plugs,I did read up on the ground stap breaking and the gap differance,So if the 3787 are the proper fit for the car I will order them,Just dont want to screw up somthing...Thanks agin for the help on this..As GM gives you no option except stock plugs..
would a 32 gap be good on a supercharged l61 without regapping them to say 35?
If your not getting spark blow out then use what your using gap wise.
Example: My M45 setup I'm around .030-.032 gapp, anything over .032 and I get spark blow out around 100mph.
My buddy has a M45 setup as well, but a 2.6 pulley (I have a 2.5), he runs .036 with no issues.
