accel vs aeromotive apr

i was just wondering if the accel fpr works well compared to the aeromotive? the aero says its 1:1 which is what i need but the accel has no ratings according to summits website.... all i know is ill need at least 20 psi more fuel pressure with my bigger injectors.... since ill be at least 20 psi and if the eco only runs 40 psi fuel pressure that leaves me with 20 psi pressure to run the injectors and im sure thats not gonna be good since the static rate is at 40 psi.the only thing is i know the aero looks more advanced so im sure its better i just wanna know how much better?

I had a Accel that broke under boost. I know back in the day a few others had that issue. I would go with the Aero.

Stocka Eco should run higher than 40psi.

I have seen a few Accels fail under boost, but are fine on NA motors.

The Accel is just like the cheaper BWD version. All it is is a factory regulator with a screw to push the diaphram and plate closer to the return port. I was trying one out and just to set it at 60 PSI at WOT I had the adjustment screw pretty far in. I believe the Aeromotive is far better built and has more adjustability.

QFT. However, my aeromotive was very quicly put together at the factory. all the screws were loose when i got it. took em out, a little bit of locktite and put em back in. thing is GTG. best AFPR for the money IMO!

Get the Aeromotive 13107 and be done with it. It's a direct bolt on.

All I have ever used are Aeromotive AFPRs. If you are going to be boosting, you will need an upgraded pump. The upgraded pump will require the use of a good AFPR. Do it right the first time and dont half ass it.
