Yes, we allow the customer to have the flange welded on where they would like. Reason why is to many times we dont place it in the "perfect location" It is an easy add that any local shop/yourself can do, and it will save you a big headace in the end. This is why we do not include nor offer one. Size of tube/pipe also is now up to the customer.

MANY cobalt members use this as a N/A setup on their 2.2L cobalts.
