So where can i get or find decent quality T3 Turbo manifolds for the L61 motor with the ability to use an external waste gate?

Found the ZZP mani, probably will use that one. It is just a standard T3 4bolt pattern right? Same with the 38mm 2bolt wastegate flange, I can adapt a 38mm Tial wastegate?
