safc low input code

if you have a safc and keep throwing a map sensor low input code. i have came across a way to fix it. all you need is a 2 amp diode and you splice it in between the green wire that you cut and split the safc input and output wires to. the diode is similiar to the resister but it allows current to flow only one way . so you take the band side of the diode and it goes towards the computer of the car and the other side to the sensor. this is just like keeping the green wire hooked up at all times but really its not and your safc still controls the fuel map.

are you setting your safc sa 5 v in and out? because ive never thrown a code with mine. i know rocky had a write up and it said 5v in and 00 out but that made the car idle and run lie garbage. its gotta be 5 in and 5 out.

I am running 5 in 5 out as well and I have soldered the 330 ohm resistor between the 2 wires on the MAP sensor I think the grey and the green and no problem since I 1st put it on like 2 weeks.
I just threw a CEL tonight but it is just the basic Low Treshold like always.
