changing my setup... SAFC + FMU questions

Well here's my setup right now (some of you know it)

96 Grand Am GT 2.4 / 5 speed

-Garrett t3/t4 turbo .60/ .63
-Internal wastegate set at 10psi
-Turboxs boost controller
-Turboxs type s bov
-RC Engineering 320cc injectors
-Aeromotive AFPR
-RSM intake manifold
-RSM 62mm throttle body
-SPEC stage III clutch
-greddy emanage

Now I got everything all good and functioning, but the e-manage is not cutting it for me. Its only seeing 10% duty cycles at full throttle which is only allowing me to add 5% more fuel (WOO HOO) which is making me run lean. In addition to that, I have the 330 ohm resistor under the hood, and real time data from the emanage tells me that my map voltages are fine, however every third time (or so) I start the car, the check engine light is on for guess what, PO107 (map sensor low level input). I can drive the car for hours and do anything to it with no check engine light coming on, then I go home, turn the car off and back on guess what... PO107.

SO, I'm going to be removing the e-manage and replacing it with an FMU, SAFC, and MSD (to retard timing). My question is who runs the SAFC and an FMU and which FMU are you using with what fuel pressure regulator / injectors. I think that the emanage might just not like my 1996 ECU or something. So that will be for sale if anyone is interested. I'll put it in the classifieds too. Thanks in advance guys!

It's really not gonna matter what you run for fuel management, if you continue to run that small of an injector. That's your biggest problem right there. You most definately need larger injectors. I mean look at most stock turbo'd cars, they are running bigger than a 320cc.

I disagree... if I raise the fuel pressure my air fuel ratios are good but the car wont idle... thats why I need the SAFC and thats why I want an FMU so I can raise it proportionately with boost. I could get bigger injectors but I'll do that after I get this new stuff setup.

I saw that one too... I wasnt sure if it was adjustable though and idk. Can I just use a 10:1 one off of ebay? Do I need to get an adjustable one?

i have 440 injectors ----------LEANNNNN --------
i'm looking at and for fmu and pump upgrades - but how to pick 4;1 or 8:1 or 10:1 or 12: 1 ????????? is the question and adjustables seem to stop at 60 psi ??????????
far as my problem - ------ its runnin outta gas ..............if he's already LEAN = how yuh going to feed BIGGER injectors

already ordered tune kit to reflash the reflash but - a fmu or pump upgrade is where i'm lookin for solution- next i'll go to smaller injectors
just my 2 cents
