gm supercharger and stage 2 cams

i was wondering if anyone thinks this motor will hold if i put a gm s/c with stage2 cams and a 2.5 pulley on a 02 2.4L with about 50 to 54,000 miles on it and maybe something to cool the blower

you do not run stage 2 all motor cams with forced induction. JBP sells forced induction cams. with forced induction you want shorter duration instead of longer duration.

I still say it depends where you want the power. If you want power higher up in the RPM band, use a higher overlap cam (even w/ FI, but driving down low is going to suck). For practical street use, the stockers are fine (for the OHVs you can always use higher ratio rocker arms for more lift anyway )

true to a certain extent. yea the secret cams swap will work well because of the exhaust cam profile. street use, yea the stockers will work better than anything else. if you want a true BADASS powerband for boost and racing, go with the Forced Induction cams from JBP. If you run an N/A profile, and have too much overlap, guess what will be leaking out of your exhaust valves? All that expensive hard earned torque.

would those forced induction cams work good with a stage 3 turbo kit cause i have been looking at that for the past couple of days and i think i will be making more power with the turbo and intercooler instead of the gm sc and the smaller pulley and i think if i do the turbo kit instead of the blower im gonna get the venom intake manifold if i can get it if any1 knows when i can get it online
