Just wanted to know if its possible to run my IC piping under the car instead of right through the engine bay...im using a DSM sidemount and im basically trying to make a sleeper.....BOV in the stock airbox and im gonna figure out how to route the ic through my stock intake system and box. Let me know if u have any ideas or pics of running the pipes under the car

Well you would have to swap to a5-speed to get any room. That is the only way others have been able to do it. All of mine are going to close to Brandon Fetter's setup. I bought his old manifold and wastegate, and also going to be using a 2.3 intake manifold and TB. Might want to look up his reg for pic's

You don't need to swap to a 5 speed. My piping is run under the car (albeit not welded yet), and I didn't have to move anything, or swap to a 5 speed.

Buy stuff from CarCustoms Ebay! Won't be disappointed!
I remember seeing a guy with a 2.4 that took the pipe and went strait down next to the thottle body with the piping and went onto the intercooler. he then took the stock air box and chopped it up and put it over the throttle body and piping then ran the stock s tube onto the rest of the air box and filter. it looked pretty good and sleeperish.

its kind of hard to hide a big turbo.
There's a path that you can run the piping underneath the motor but it's geared more towards a front mount intercooler rather than a side mount.
That said .... point the compressor outlet of the turbo down towards the ground and use a 90 degree bend to point it at the lower motor mount. You'll need a bunch of bends to do it properly but you can run a pipe between the oil pan and the lower motor mount. Doing it this way results in the charge pipe not being the lowest part under the car. Anyways, from there you can route the line either in front of the rad for a FMIC (good idea) or behind the rad and over to wear the windshield washer tank used to be (you'll nee to remove it if you want to put a sidemount there).
Good luck with the project.
