i tuned my car today on a dyno and in 3rd i hit a rev limiter at 5500 at 9psi only making 188whp and 211tq...im really confused if guys at 6-7psi are putting down both in the 200's...i have a T3 super 60 by garret..help me out here please thanx...

rev limit of 5500?? are you asking why you can only go to 5500rpms in boost or are you wondering why you aren't putting down the same numbers as everyone else?? those numbers do look a little low for 9psi. FYI: 9psi is going to put out different numbers on say a T3/T04E 57 trim w/ .63 A/R than a T3 super 60, but you probably already knew that.
Also what is the "MSD monster ignition wires" that you have on your car?? do you have external coils??

thats not low? idn maybe i just expected more at 9 PSI idn...and the MSD is on its way in not yet..but yea i kno the red line is 5800 but for somereason its reving out only in 3rd at 5500 idn y....and the turbo is fu&**ng big for a T3 so im shocked its only 188whp...neone else have problems?

Correct but rev limiter is 6450. First you need to find out while you are hitting a rev limiter. Are you sure it is a rev limiter and not injectors cutting out? What was your air/fuel ratio?
ive hit 6500 rpms and still didnt find a rev limiter. Is everyone sure that there is one on the z24 5 speed?

well im goin to pick up my car today from the place that tuned it cuz i moved to MASS for UTI and i live in CT which is wehre the car is. so ill post after i get it cuz ill know this is just what my dad was relayin back from them to me...and it only happens in 3rd the rest let me do 6,100 on the dyno

They probably dynoed it in 4th and hit the speed limiter, thats the same rpm that it kicks in when in 4th.
what injecters are yo uusing are yo ureally getting the fuel you need ???

yea you were right about speed cut i didnt know that this was happening on the tune i thought it was the dyno part....it was 4th gear at 109

i wanna post my dyno sheets but where can i do this, do i have to have it posted somewehre else like car domain or somethin? oh yea and i got my magna flow exhaust put on...they claimed it being a cat back and i trusted them cuz my dad knew them, so like an a$$ i trusted them..its a damn muffler on my stock pipes....so im robbed of a lot of power...tahts gonna get fixed then re dyno'd, i was beyond pissed when i saw this...trust no one is what i learned in todays lesson
