okay, so I'm installing a T3 turbo on my 99 2.4.
I live in Sheridan Wyoming where trucks are the only vehicles that get aftermarket exhaust, therefore the exhaust shops here are very limited. I am trying to assemble a DP and I already ordered the tightest mandrel bent 90 degree 2.5 inch piece I could find. It cost me 60 bucks and its still gonna need to be modified. I had a flange made and now I need to finish the other bends to complete the DP. Does anyone have pics of their DP?
Also, it has 2 O2 sensors, one before and one after the cat. I'm getting rid of the cat cuz we have no emissions laws here in Wyoming and its not necessary. Whats the best way to trick the second O2 sensor or can I just leave it in the new pipe.
Use a Caspers O2 simulator for the 2nd O2 sensor.

In just curious, I'm assuming that in larger towns you guys actually have access to mandrel bent pieces. I paid $63 for a 2.5" diameter turbing 90 degree 2.5" radius bend. How much did I get ripped off or is this accurate? Because I had an exhaust shop in town which uses crush bends say they could bend my entire 2.5" exhaust for $60 without a muffler or anything
You can buy 180 degree mandrel bends from www.summitracing.com for about $15 each.

By any chance is that piece made out of gold???
I hope they gave you a tube of vaseline before they sold you that.

mandrel bends are too expensive for their lack of noticable gain over compression bends.
I was a retard, and now I'm permanently banned.
