sorry i have not posted but i got the saturns done and i started on the cavi;s but i never get a car long enough to finish the kit! it kills me that i am so damn close and i cant get a car long enought to finish up the bracket and misc thinks and test one!
but i am looking for a car here in colorado!
i do know a guy in glennwood but he is pretty far and i will be calling him when i am done and see if we can work a deal and post pics on this site!

yeah when ever i get free time (work hours killing me) i try to do anything for GM sport compact cars! nothing better then a Domestic Compact car running down honda's and Acura's ...etc!
i see this black acura almost everyday going to the shop and he tries to race me in my vette and i just roll my eyes and lay the smack down there is someday's i wish i had a Cavi or cobalt or Saturn that had one of my SC on it so i could give him a better run in his eyes!
so this kit wouldnt work on an 05 cavy with the 2.2 ecotec? what kind of power gains would we be looking at with each kit?

whats the difference in the saturn motor and the cavalier? There both the 2.2 ecotec right? why wouldnt it bolt right up? sorry im just ready to buy a supercharger for my car, im looking at the RSM unit and now maybe this one.
because of the way the tb sits and the intake tubes are ran as well as AC and possibly steering line.. many little things are different

ok i got ya. What kinda numbers are these kits puttin out? you know?
no clue but at 6-7 psi they should be around the 190-200 whp range

also on these cavi's very tight making the bracket is done it is a matter of moving the mandrel piping in ways that it does not rub or hit body parts and no cutting to the car (i hate kits you have to hack your car apart to make it fit)
so i need to get my hands on a car long enought to get the piping done and we would be set!
i would say 8psi should be over 200FWHP if not more!
So are you gonna have stage 1, 2, and 3 kits for the cavalier like u do the saturns? If so around what kind of numbers would each kit be putting down? Or atleast what PSI would they be running?

The only way I can see that you can mount the head unit is underneath like Procharger's Integra kit Kevin. Not on top, there is just simply no room.
