Both the intake manifold and exhaust manifold fit the 2.2 ECOTEC. If you want that manifold, I have it for sale cheap and ready with a T3 flange.

actually the intake manifold is different, its aluminum and the TB sits slightly lower with it.
I am using the saab 9-3t manifold and HO turbo (TD04)
I love it. It is my third ecotec turbo setup and by far the most fun to drive.

You silly billy...I said they
fit, not that they are the same.

I was not disagreeing with you.
I know they fit, Snowman is a local friend of mine who was the first to try it as far as I know.
I was refering to what he said

NJHK check you email
"Growing old is mandatory. Growing up? Definitely optional."
Well, in my email you didnt answer my main question.... is the T3 flange permanent on it? Or is it removable? Basically I'm asking if you welded it on or if its just an adapter plate that is bolted on.
If its removable I'll bid on it.

oh, so did you hack the 3 bolt off? I cant tell from the pic. It looks like its still there but hard to tell for sure.
I probably wont be buying it because I need another stock saab one. I was hopeing that it was removable
and your price was good.

Nope...it's a 4 bolt now. I didn't hack it, the previous owner did (a JBO member)

So if you have this one sold by this summer...how hard is it to get another one?
What turbo does the 9-3 come with?
My buddie has an old 9000 CD...it came with a t3 a/r 50 trim. It pushes about 1.0-1.5 bar and thats well more than I want at the moment (goal = 200-250 hp).

It comes with a TD04 Mitsubishi Turbo.
If you want to use your friends turbo, see if it uses a 4 bolt for a T3 flange.
These manifolds are sort of hard to find cause the are off 2003+ cars...so bid now if you really want it.

That doesn't look like the same manifold in both pictures?
I didn't know you were the one selling it NJHK. I was looking at it yesterday and I sent you an email asking if it was damaged cuz it looks funky in the pic.
I might be buying it. But, if you don't minf me saking, why do you want an external wastegate?
Thanks

It looks different cause it's dirty. I believe some of those pictures are before it was installed on the previous owners car.
I need an external wastegate because I'm running a T3/T4 turbo that doesn't have an internal wastegate.
