Do they make a shift kit for a 02 cavy ecotec 2.2L or do they just have the Interceptor thing?

If not does the tranny interceptor really help?

i dont know about an actual shift kit but i know that the bm shiftplus is very good. i am ordering one myself and have heard nothing bad about it.
