alrighty, i got a 99 z24 2.4 and i want the tranny to handle alot of power........what parts from what tranny do i get(Every Part I need)to swap to do this.............i wanna turbo my z24 but want to make my tranny strong first so please help me out guys

If it is a 5-speed isuzu you will want to get a differential from a 90-93 geo storm or similar isuzu impulse. Also an LSD in that differential will help greatly with traction for that turbo.

Gearing wise, I would swap out 3rd and 4th of the 99 tranny and replace it with 3rd and 4th from the above tranny (geo).

You can get one of these geo transmissions really cheap via http://www.car-part.com. There is a place in Ohio that has a ton of them and they sell them for $39.95 plus like $75 shipping to your door. An awesome price for the gears and differential you need.

Other than that, I say get the internals cryo-treated to really strengthen the gears and synchros.

All this should make it hold the power with no problems.

How's that for a straight answer.
