I ran a search, and no one else seemed to have my problem with their limited slip. Mine doesn't just slide in like its supposed to. My spider gears have no excess material on them, actually they look brand new to me...anyone think maybe phantom grip sent me the wrong part? or should i just grind down the faces of my spider gears?

If the PG is only a few thousandths too big( if more than.200" too big check your application), then just grind the spider gears till you have the recomended side clearance of .003"-.005". My spider gears had to be ground till it fit. Be sure to use somthing with a flat surface, such as a belt sander.
Its about .200" off, so i guess i'll ground down the spider gears because i have a bench sander here. Did you have to remove one of the bolts on your differentials? I took it off just incase and still couldn't slide it in.
