I have a race 4 $200 against a 2.4 cavi 5-speed w/ intake, exhaust,headers, flywheel, and clutch and he challenged me to a race during braggin rights for "TEAM TORUE"
I have a 98' 2.2 w/ an automatic tranny
mods: AEM cai, pace setter headers, full dual rksport catback, cam,apex, msd coil pak
I recently bought and installed a new tranny in February, car seems to have lost about an1/8 of the power, I have 150k on my engine and the new tranny has40k.
What's wrong with the tranny?
WIll I be victorious? What mods do I need to install next?

as far as the trans what exactly are you meaning that the car seams to have lost power ??

cause its something that could be as simple as fuel filter or air filter , or as bad as the motor going bad ot trans going bad

yeah thats a really dumb race, its obvious hes gonna stomp you. Does the car have any other symptoms?
