Help No clutch pressure (replaced both cylinders)

Help I am going NUTS here I have spend so much time and money trying to
Fix my Car.
I have an ACT racing clutch but since the last 2 years I have had nothing but problems.
I have replaced my Master & Slave cylinders.
But It won't hold preassure.
I am so clueless
Please HELP !

hydrolic pump maybe other then that I dont know
