After tracking down a clunk and replacing my right control arm bushing again(long story) i took a look at my tranny mounts.
My rear tranny mount rubber is the 145kmiled stock one, which is cracked , and the front tranny mount i put in a mark pain mount that he had for sale a year or so back. Well it came apart.
What it is basically is two peices of polyurathane and a metal rod. sorta looks like this .
}-{ basically } { them parts moved outward.
That would explain my clunking under acceleration and really hard boosted runs. I think them bad mounts cause a noise when i suddenly hit a pot hole too.
so i am going to get some Prothane ones from Karo asap.
thought i would share, as i know alot of people got the mark pain tranny mounts when they first came and and you should check and see if they are still in there correctly. I know one other person that had the same problem as me.

the new prothane 1's karo is selling are nice
if they arent firm enough , you can take a bolt and add them to the 6 holes they have in them
after i put them in the g/fs eco cav , it made it so much nicer
i also put them in karo cav , and its pretty sweet
ive got experence with the 1's mark sold
make sure you use some LUBE (
) when you put the new bushings into the stock mount bracket
