Are front and rear trans mount inserts the same?
Friday, July 22, 2005 3:57 PM
Hey whats up guys?
I have the transmission mounts from karo. The boxes they came in have different part numbers.1 was for the front and 1 was for the rear.I took them out and didnt know what box they came out of.They look the same, but i just wanna double check.I put them in a couple of months ago,but somehow i think the mounts came loose cause whenever i take off or shift i hear a squeeling noise.Has anyone ever had this problem?Im gonna put some thread lock on them this time.Thanks.

The bushing is the same front & rear.. the difference is the length of the metal sleeve that gets inserted in the center.
