looked at my engine today and it looks nothing like the 2.2 that has pics and install directions in this forum. Has anybody done a shift plus install on a 2.4 that could help me out? thanks

Place your hand on top of the battery.
Now, move it about 4/5" to the left while facing your car head on.
Next, lower it into the engine bay about 1/3"
Feel around for a wiring harness, find the end.
There's the plug.
Everything else is identical.
i found it and have no idea how to run the controller to the interior. I don't want to drill to get it in but help

Well, there's a grommet, it's really hard to get thru, but the best way.
Can't find a pic, but it's a 6" round piece of rubber, near the brake master cylindar.
got it through just having problems using the connectors the guy used on his 2.2.the guy that posted the pics and directions is used the same connectors as I am attempting to use.
