b&m shift plus what is it?

Ok, so I'm new to the whole American car thing...I drove a BMW for four years before I bought my Cavalier. I've been reading peoples posts and seeing that they have a b&m shift plus for their automatic. What is it? How can it help my Auto Cavy? Where can I go get one? How hard is the installation process? Could I do it myself?

b4 anyone starts yelling at you, use the search, it will help you find what and how to install it.

Having a Z is close enough to having an import.....

2 wires, 3 settings, firmer shift(take less time to shift), it's just a module.
