Now that ClutchMasters has released their kit for the 00-02 2.2L 5spd, I'm wondering which to look into... the ClutchMasters has a more known name... but costs $395 whereas the Spec is $369... which would you guys go with?

I got my spec at Car Customs for 349 I think.

I know that the SPEC was worth every penny and I would buy the same one again if I had to.

Do you remember if the spec kit came with everything that was needed? I'm lookin into getting the stage 2 for the 98-99 2200. the reason being that i have a leaky slave cylinder, and i need to make sure that it'll fit without any extra stuff.

Thanks

There's no place like 127.0.0.1

The spec flywheel is 9lbs. I weighed it on a digital scale. The whole assembly with the spec stage 2 clutch came to 20lbs...I didn't weigh the oem yet, but it feels like it would weigh in at 20lbs alone

Yes it came with everything. Throwout bearing, slave cylinder, pressure plate, clutch disc, and the nifty alignment tool. I wouldnt get the stage two unless you have nitrous/turbo or gonna get it soon.
