i have a 98 automatic cavaler. what is the difrence between b&m shiftplus and automatic transmission interceptor. which one should i get. is it posible to use both, or is both of them pointless

The difference between in both of them is their features and how you install them, they both do the same thing.

With the Autotrans Interceptor, you plug into your tranny cable and it "hacks" it to increase line pressure. It also gives you a wide range of adjustment to how much pressure you want. You would have to adjust it under the hood.

The shift plus, you have to splice into wires, run wires inside the cabin so you can change it inside but only has pre-sets, less adjustment range than the Auto Trans.

I personally have the Auto Trans Interceptor, I like that I don't splice into wires, I can take it out within a couple minutes (my intake gets in the way of doing it faster) and that I can adjust it in a wide range.

There is no better one, it's all preference but having either or is defenitley worth getting, no more sloppy shifting.
