Whats the auto trans gonna need to handle a hahn stage 2 kit???
Trans cooler and a Autotrans Inerceptor and you'll be set.

really why does bill hahn say my axles and others parts will overheat. But for the moment i only plan on running about 7 psi, i just want it to be tuned really well. What numbers are you getting shifted i heard your only running 5 psi?

No clue why Bill says that. My car makes 255.7 whp on 6 psi and the trans is holding just fine.

alright anyone else got anything to throw in???
wheres hypsy i wanted to know all the mods i would need to do to a hahn stage 2 kit to make it work correctly

You would basically need to have everything tuned correctly as far as fuel. You don't necessarily need other upgrades. Hypsy basically only had a couple modifications done before he got the turbo kit and didn't even get an exhaust upgrade till he got the turbo kit.

Skillz and Chris Orr basically said it all...

know i wanted to ask him about the stage 2 cause supposedly it doesnt even fit correctly on a auto.
the size of the 4t40/45 trans is in the way of the turbo they way hahn designed the kit
also 1 the charge tube goes under the oil pan and with the auto , you have no way to route the charge pipe
the only car of hahn's with a eco turbo on was the cobalt they did for sema , because it was all GM had to give out were autos
i know bill has said the auto didnt like boost on the car he had , i think he was refering to was a cav , not the cobalt , be he did mention the trans didnt feel right in it also from what i remember
i think most of it had to do with shifting
i heard that to it was an all or nothing type thing on the gas other wise it would slip is say minimum get the interceptor or shiftplus and torque converter and you should be ok and youd probably have to route custom charge pipes to
The one, the only, ME.
Bills write up talks about normal driving, because there kit produces a lot fo TQ under that condition. A tranny cooler and the B&M shiftplus or a Trans interceptor, I think it would be fine. My 96 Z is auto and turboed. Has been for about 5 years. Only problem it had was the flexplate. It has a custom flexplate now. When I have it back up and running I plan to have more tranny problems!!!!
FU Tuning
well where can i get a kit for a auto? hahn needs mods and i am kind of looking for a bolt on
