saw one of these online looks alot like the B&M any difference between them I was thinking about picking one up

they are good i have one and i have had if for like 4 months no problems yet and compared to the bnm one they are identical in size, weight, and quality. definately better for the price.

I have on of those as well. No B&M knob on it, but it's sweet. Only problem with mine was I felt bad ruining the stock knob to get the assembly apart. Oh and when I go into 5th it pushes my shifter boot around but I think that is my fault for breaking the teeth on the retaining ring.
You might want to keep a cotton glove or something small in the car to put on it in the summer when it gets intensely hot, and definitely wear gloves in the winter if it gets cold overnight where you are. I live in MA and mine so far this fall can be freezing.
or just be careful removing the stock knob. and reinstall it onto the short throw shifter.
