just curious what kinda interest there would be for a minor valve body "kit" to increase line pressure and shift firmness in there 4t40e? ill be starting to research some things on what can be done to the valve body to change those. shouldnt be much different then like with a 4L60 tranny for instance where you can drill out a certian opening in the plate to increase flow and change some springs basically.

when u plan on making some. if they work i will be one of the first people to buy.
i was looking around a way for increasing the line pressure. did some google searches and came across alot of products that dealt with that comiong from B&M. Unfortunately they only had parts for the higher engine models such as the f-bodies and trucks. just my input.
yes i know of those but the point of modifying the valve body is then its a physical change instead of a change in solenoid current basically. part of my testing would include using this valve body modification WITH the b&m shiftplus to really boost up the line pressure and shift firmness which would allow for more power to be put through the tranny before it would slip
