Anytime you split the tranny from the motor you have to replace the slave cylinder/throwout bearing?. 98 Isuzu if it matters.
i do not think so but i would any way depending on the miles unless you want to take it all back apart later...are you replacing the clutch? b/c if you are most kits come with the throw out bearing anyway(for that application)
