Well i recieved word today from SpeedRacerZ that the team green lsds fit inside the diff on the NVG trannies. I hope he sees this post because he said he had some pix. just thought i would let everyone know.

a quick question for you guys,
is swapping in a NVG trans from a 4t40e just like doing any auto to manual swap, or is there more involved?
i was looking into swapping out my 4t40e, for either the getrag or the NVG-T550, just trying to get as much info as i can. either way i'll most likely go with the team Green LSD though

Pretty much. You have the choice of putting the mount brackets where they normaly are in a 3rd gen, or adj. them so that you dont need the spacers between the trans and mounts..... but otherwise its pretty much the same swap as going to a Getrag or Isuzu.....

i would deff say go with the NVG now since the LSD will work for it. as that was the only downfall i new off before.
