i just replaced my slave cylinder and got it all back togather and it refuses to bleed i have been working on it for two days now does any one else have this problem please help. the guy at auto zone said they make a tool that hooks up to the bleeder valve and it pulls the fluid throught the line. has anyone used this thanks matt

Used that tool, doesnt work well. Also, according to a new TSB, theres an alternate way to bleed the system. Best bet is to have 2 people and do it. One pushes the pedal down slowly, and the other opens the valve, closes it, then bring the pedal back up, repeat till no more air comes out. Best to use a clear tube, and immerse the tube in a glass with brake fluid in it.

With the trans out of the car, push the slave cylinder in and hold. Pour brake fluid through a tube into the slave line. Release pressure on slave. Pour more fluid in a repeat until there are no bubbles coming up through the line.
