Hi I was looking at the B M short tick shifter and I was wondering If it was worth it. Does it help with the shifts alot or what.

I enjoy it much better than the stock shifter. In conjunction with with my flywheel/clutch setup - it saves a lot of time during quick shifts. It will be notchy for about 2/3 weeks, then it glides in smoothly.
