in reverse...u let off the clutch and it grabs really hard(2.4 5 speed)...and when i shift into first and go it jumps and grabs really hard...the car like bucks up and down

i replaced the cv joint but that wasnt it

i saw the brake nut(holds the break on)was stripped so i figured maybe the brake was hitting when i was going...fixed that...and it still does it

any help would be greatly appreciated


its only 1st and reverse...all other gears work fine

yes one check light....had it checked and it came upo as 1st o2 sensor was bad

Just for others records... yes, a bad O2 sensor can cause that.

honestly i would check your motor mounts especially the lower one.

aight it wasnt o2......im taking it to a shop tommorow....it might be the mount...if it is i have mounts from car customs ...so that would be good
